Amboss Blonde (0.33l, 4,8 % Vol.)
For those who appreciate classic beer enjoyment, Amboss Blonde impresses with its perfect balance and mild bitterness in the finish. This makes it a popular beer for connoisseurs, the ideal companion on the way to exciting moments on the Master journey.
Amboss Libero (0.33l, alkoholfrei)
For those who want to avoid alcohol without sacrificing the taste of a full-bodied beer, we offer Amboss Libero. A special filtration technique removes the alcohol without compromising the typical beer taste. Well-hopped and refreshing, Amboss Libero offers full enjoyment, alcohol-free and unmistakable.
Masterwine
Four special wines from the traditional La Costa winery in Novazzano also accompany us on our Master’s trip:

Bianco (0.75l, 13-14 % Vol.)
Sauvignon Bianco Ticino DOC is the ideal accompaniment to an aperitif. It is fresh and fruity on the palate, with a long finish enlivened by a pronounced mineral note. It is suitable as an aperitif and also goes well with fish dishes.
Chardonnay Ticino DOC is part of our premium range and is also available in our online shop, a fine gift for white wine lovers. Thanks to this grape variety’s particular suitability for clayey and calcareous soils, it produces a fresh wine, rich in primary aromas with floral nuances and fruity notes of green apple and banana. Perfect with fish and starters.
Rosso (0.75l, 13-14% Vol.)
Merlot La Costa Ticino DOC is an ideal accompaniment to an aperitif. It comes exclusively from the La Costa di Sopra vineyard and is traditionally vinified in stainless steel tanks. Maceration takes place over 12 to 15 days at 23 to 25 °C to bring out the fruity aromas. The wine is then aged for around 10 months before being bottled.
MorFeo Ticino DOC is part of our premium range and is available in our online shop, an exclusive gift for red wine lovers. It is a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot with a maximum yield of 0.8 kg/m². Concentration is achieved through saignée, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation and around 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels.
