The 13th BauingenieurinnenFORUM took place on Engineers’ Day, Wednesday, 4 March 2026, starting at 5:45 p.m. at ETH Zurich in Hönggerberg in HIL E1.
The evening offered exciting insights into the field, provided by three successful female civil engineers who spoke openly about their career paths, their everyday working lives and the balance between work and private life. Thank you to Larissa Salis with “Zwischen Baustelle und Planung: Mein Berufseinstieg mit Zwischenstopps”, Emanuela Ferrari with “Trag:werk:er:in”and Jasmin Amberg with “Faszination Untertagebau” for their inspiring contributions. The opening speech by Prof. Dr. Eleni Chatzi rounded off the start of the event and provided important impetus on the topic of the visibility of women in technical professions. The official part of the event concluded with three company presentations and a reception, which provided an opportunity to engage in personal conversation, exchange experiences and make valuable contacts.
